Today’s an important day here at Cloudli Communications – and at Omnivigil Solutions. This morning, we announced that Cloudli has acquired Omnivigil, a Quebec-based provider of innovative cloud PBX, mass notification and call center solutions.
We’re excited to welcome the talented Omnivigil team – and their innovative cloud communications, messaging and alert capabilities – to Cloudli. Omnivigil has more than 1,800 customers and over 70 partners, with points of service extended throughout all provinces of Canada.
Besides being an exciting day for us, this acquisition represents a step forward for independent Canadian telecom providers. In the past 18 months, we’ve seen a few emerging industry trends that make this move especially important.
