Cloudli® shall collect and use your personal information for billing, provisioning of service, to solve problems associated with service, and to inform you of new products or services that will better meet your needs. Authorized personnel of Cloudli will use your identifiable information to market products and services to you, but will not disclose or make available your personal information to any third parties seeking to market products before obtaining your consent. If you choose not to be included in direct marketing campaigns of new products and services from Cloudli, your information will not be used.

Non-personal information is information concerning the manner in which you access our web sites. The security policies, best practices and enforcement mechanisms in place at Cloudli are derived from the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI/DSS) which is used as a guideline.
Sensitive customer data is protected through the use of encryption mechanisms, including when at rest and in transit.
To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place safeguards to secure the information we collect online. Our servers use AES encryption technology to protect your sensitive data including credit card information. When these types of measures are taken, shopping online is safe and secure. We use industry-recognized standards in transaction security to protect the information you provide when you make a purchase at Cloudli. Servers holding your private information are secure and accessed by authorized personnel only. All portal and management access to our systems use secure TLS connections.
Call traffic, whether voice or fax, of our SIP and T.38 Trunking customers is never at rest or accessed other than on a random or infrequent bases as necessary to perform troubleshooting services requested by you or as required by law. Customers who require encryption can subscribe to our CryptAgent service where call traffic is encrypted during transmission. The security characteristics of our CryptAgent, SIP and T.38 Trunking services make them idea for customers wishing to comply with regulations such as HIPAA in the USA and PIPEDA in Canada.
Messaging traffic, both voice and fax, of our Desktop Fax and Voicemail services customers is stored in a virtual environment architecture that protects data at rest from unauthorized access with strictly controlled roles and continuous tracking of all access attempts.
