We already have a cloud communications solution in our portfolio. Why should we partner with Cloudli?

Cloudli’s focus is to deliver rock-solid solutions for customers who have traditionally been underserved by the current cloud communications ecosystem. That means that our solutions are a complement to other cloud communications products that you may already have in your portfolio, as they allow you to better serve a segment of the market that may have been more difficult to reach previously.

How is Cloudli different from other service providers?

Cloudli is laser-focused on overserving previously underserved segments through our nationwide partner network. We aim to provide an unparalleled experience for both partners and customers, with better, more responsive support across the entire lifecycle.

Which partner type is right for me?

Agent partners work closely with our Regional Channel Managers to sell Cloudli-branded solutions to their customers. Cloudli onboards and supports the customer throughout their lifecycle, in partnership with you.

Wholesale White Label partners, on the other hand, control the customer lifecycle from pre-sales to onboarding and post-sales billing and support.

To determine which partner type is right for you, you need to decide if you’re prepared and willing to take the lead on the customer journey, or if you’d prefer to have our team work more closely with your customer. The choice is yours!
