Former TPx VP of Finance brings decades of industry experience, combined with holistic business view to further hone Cloudli’s partner focus.
MONTREAL, QC — JUNE 24, 2024 — Cloudli Communications, a leading North American provider of voice, data and messaging solutions, announced today the appointment of Clarence Mitchell as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Mitchell joins Cloudli following a distinguished tenure with TPx, where he gained extensive experience across the business’ entire operations, including sales, marketing, and support, before joining the Finance team. In his most recent role as VP of Finance, Mitchell directed the company’s financial operations and strategic planning, achieving increased liquidity, cost savings and reduced reporting lead times. These accomplishments enabled the organization to invest in new systems to advance a best-in-class customer experience, while simultaneously delivering better pricing and attractive compensation for partners.
